At home or at work, computers have become a part of our everyday lives. Here are some tips on adjusting your monitor.

Monitor at eye level

  • Align your screen directly in front of you.
  • Keep the monitor arm’s length away from your working position.
  • The top of the monitor should be level with your horizontal line of sight.
  • if you wear bifocals, adjust the top of the monitor 1-2 inches below your line of sight.

Adjusting your monitor ergonomically does not take much time, but it makes a big difference.
